this paper examines the overall situation of wood sorting related patents from a global perspective, including the overall trend, geographical distribution, main applicants, technical classification, etc., in order to provide data reference for the selection of tension machine fixtures, which should also be based on non standardized configuration or coherent expanded configuration, and the development of wood sorting technology and equipment in China

1. Data source

the data retrieval and analysis tool adopts patsnap (smart bud) patent analysis system, and the retrieval time is October 15, 2018. Patsnap patent analysis system has collected patents from 103 countries and organizations around the world. At present, the total number of patent documents has reached more than 120 million

2. Annual patent analysis

5 Analysis of main applicants

6. Text clustering analysis

using the text clustering function of patsnap system, semantic keywords are extracted from the text content of global wood sorting related patents. The text clustering algorithm uses word stems to identify various word forms of root words, and then filters out common stop words and phrases. The analysis shows (Figure 4) that the most relevant patents on wood sorting in the world involve wood sorting equipment, followed by wood detection, transmission system, automatic sorting, thickness sorting, graphic acquisition, scanning method, sensing method, air entry, etc
